Rosemary March

Rosemary was born and raised in the South Surrey/White Rock area. She attended the Art Institute of Vancouver for Graphic Design, where she graduated with honours and received “Best in Show” for her exemplary graduate portfolio. For several years, Rosemary owned a graphic design and marketing company that served clients throughout the Fraser Valley. It wasn’t long before her passion for real estate and interior design pulled her in a new and exciting direction. With her experience and education, she obtained her real estate licence, and joined the Kim Phillips Real Estate Team in 2020.

On the team, Rosemary’s responsibilities are vast and varied. She enjoys working closely with our buyers and sellers to help them determine and reach their real estate goals. Rosemary has become a community expert having lived in many different areas in the Fraser Valley including South Surrey, Clayton, Walnut Grove, and Langley City.

When she’s not in the office, Rosemary loves to spend time with her husband, Evan, their cat LJ, and their dog Roxie. Together, they enjoy off-road jeep-ing, photography, travelling, and fitness. An advocate for LGBTQIA2s+ rights, Rosemary prioritizes inclusivity above all else. With a sibling in this community, she ensures everyone she encounters feels heard, seen, and supported.
