Kim Phillips

Kim was raised in Richmond and settled her family in Cloverdale in 1991. Her educational background is in sales and marketing management. After ten years working in the London Drugs Head Office, Kim decided to take on the world of real estate in 2001. In 2015, she formed her own real estate team, and hasn’t looked back since!

Kim is dedicated to building significant relationships with buyers and sellers. Her confidence and experience are her strength when it comes to educating, and guiding clients through their real estate journey. Kim enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and often turns business relationships into friendships. She believes the most rewarding part of real estate is helping her clients fulfill their real estate dreams.

While passionate about her career, Kim greatly values time spent with family. Together, Kim and her husband, Geoff, share four adult children, five grandchildren, and her fur babies. Kim enjoys watching how her life evolves and grows as her children get older. As die-hard football fans, Kim and Geoff take a yearly trip to see the Green Bay Packers play and have season tickets for the Washington Huskies in Seattle. Kim and Geoff love to travel to warm, tropical destinations, and make family memories in their Osoyoos home during the summer.
